And to make things a bit more convenient, you can fill out the forms at home before you are scheduled to see us. Simply click on ‘New Patient Forms’ and fill them out at your convenience.
• Photos: We use dental photos to help our patients see their teeth in a new light. This helps us communicate well about your dental care and gives you the confidence to make informed decisions about what’s best for you. We will use a camera to take photos of your teeth from the outside and share them on an iPad or computer screen for you to see what your dental team sees.
• Comprehensive exam: Our dentist will perform a full evaluation of your teeth, gums, bite, and overall oral health. This includes checking for tooth decay, periodontal disease, bruxism, signs of oral cancer, and any other dental concerns.
