Our individual membership plan is $349 per year. For families, each additional member receives a discounted rate of $299 per year. The plan is flexible and tailored to meet your specific needs. No. Our in-house membership plan cannot be combined with dental insurance. It’s specifically designed for patients without insurance coverage.

Also, note that:

• Membership benefits are non-transferable, even to a close family member. They apply only to the patient listed on the plan.
• Benefits expire one year from the date of activation and do not roll over.
• Your plan becomes active once payment is received or your membership contract is signed and returned.
